I know Bands and musicians don't have a lot of extra money to spend, I myself am a drummer and know how that feels. Finding a reasonably priced rehearsal studio is very hard, so, with that in mind, I decided to rent my bands studio out to other bands for rehearsals and recording. It's a comfortable place to make music with sound system that would work excellent on a stage as well in the studio.
